Role Overview :


Were looking for a V&V Architect to join our Global Product Automation & Validation team.


Youll bring your embedded systems testing expertise to ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of our software systems used in next-generation rail solutions.


This role is ideal for professionals passionate about software validation, safety standards, and collaborative engineering.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and execute software validation and verification (V&V) for embedded systems in compliance with Safety Integrity Levels (SIL).


- Collaborate with software architects to elaborate and refine software specifications and architecture.


- Prepare, automate, and execute test cases across host and target environments (including stubs and drivers).


- Ensure adherence to software quality processes and standards (CMMI, Modal).


- Work closely with technical leads, hardware designers, and RAMS teams throughout the software lifecycle.


- Support project management in defining resources, timelines, and deliverables.


- Identify design issues and propose robust, long-term solutions.


- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) goals.


Key Skills & Competencies :


- 11 to 15 years of experience in V&V practices, software testing, and embedded systems.


- Strong expertise in Python for automation and testing.


- Proficient in Ethernet/IP, Wireshark, and wireless technologies (3G/4G/5G/Wi-Fi).


- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts (CRL, PKI, LDAP, NAC).


- Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.


- Experience in mentoring and technical leadership roles.
