Job Title : UI/UX Designer

About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver designs that are both functional and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define design strategy and product flow.

- Design intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Create prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate design intent.

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.

- Maintain design consistency through style guides, components, and design systems.

- Incorporate feedback and analytics to iterate and improve the user experience.

- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, usability best practices, and emerging design technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- A portfolio showcasing your design process, visual skills, and delivered projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience designing for mobile-first or responsive web applications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability testing tools.

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
