Your future role :

Youll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and results-driven teammates.

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering N&T Backbone Transmission Network (BTN) specifications that align with the System Delivery Plan, ensuring seamless deployment and integration.

Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), contribute to technical reviews, and support deployment activities such as installation, testing, and commissioning.

Youll specifically take care of BTN design specifications (Preliminary and Detailed Design) and ensure compliance with quality processes, but also contribute to addressing plans and technical room surveys.

- Elaborating N&T BTN Design specifications in line with engineering rules and best practices.

- Ensuring adherence to quality processes and promoting ethical conduct.

- Minimizing deployment costs, lead times, and risks through efficient design.

- Developing BTN requirements with a focus on dimensioning and cybersecurity.

- Supporting functional validation and troubleshooting tasks.

- Preparing and executing design reviews and managing technical gaps.

- BE/Masters degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience.

- Proven experience in LAN/WAN design and deployment of GbEthernet and IP-MPLS solutions.

- Knowledge of RFC protocols, IP routing, QoS, and cybersecurity (802.1x, Radius, Firewall).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools, traffic analysis, and general IP techniques.

- Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE (or equivalent).

- Experience with fiber deployments and troubleshooting (desirable).

- Knowledge of major telco suppliers like Cisco, Nokia, Huawei, etc.
