- The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of exclusive hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay along with SF PMGM.
- The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization.
- You will Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-COMP & VP and SF PMGM capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and industry trends related to talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Compensation & Variable Pay and Performance Management modules with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.
- Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.
Your Skills :
- Active/valid certified SAP SF Compensation and Variable Pay professional.
- Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
- 7+ years experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay is a must along with SF PMGM.
- Collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
- Independent, responsible, and meticulous work ethic with a high degree of initiative.
- Culturally sensitive with the ability to thrive in a multinational project environment.
- Prior experience in Europe and/or agile methodologies a plus.
- SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.
- Knowledge of MDF , foundation objects , associations , Business rules and workflows.
- Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
- Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
- Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal/written/presentation).
- Expertise in provisioning system.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
