Job Summary : Allianz Technology is looking for a skilled AI/Data Technology Professional to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and modern technologies, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance business efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to solve business problems

- Work on data analysis, modeling, and insights generation to support decision-making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes

- Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms

- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and automation

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-based systems

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI (GenAI), and Data Analysis

- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and language modeling

- Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments

- Exposure to large-scale data systems and cloud platforms

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
