About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, Agentic AI frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

Build Agentic AI Workflows :

- Design, architect, and implement sophisticated multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and other emerging Agentic AI technologies.

- Develop scalable workflows that enable autonomous reasoning, planning, task execution, and collaboration among AI agents.

- Integrate external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems to enhance agent capabilities.

- Orchestrate Large Language Models

- Design and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for complex business use cases.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), memory management, tool calling, and agent coordination mechanisms.

- Build intelligent workflows that support contextual reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution.

Backend Development & API Engineering :

- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and asynchronous services using FastAPI.

- Build robust backend systems to support AI applications and agent orchestration platforms.

- Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

Cloud & Platform Deployment :

- Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS Bedrock or Azure AI Foundry environments.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.

- Integrate cloud-native services including IAM, monitoring, logging, security, and compliance frameworks.

- Optimize solutions for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development.

- Proven expertise with Agentic AI frameworks such as :

i. LangGraph

ii. CrewAI

iii. AutoGen

iv. LangChain

- Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and integrations.

- Strong proficiency in FastAPI and modern API development.

- Experience with cloud platforms :

i. AWS (Bedrock preferred)

ii. Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry preferred)

- Hands-on experience with :

i. Docker

ii. Kubernetes

iii. CI/CD pipelines

iv. Cloud security and governance

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search solutions.

- Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and AI model evaluation frameworks.

- Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
