ALLEGION - Team Lead - Artificial Intelligence

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Strategy & Execution :

- Define and drive the AI and data science roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation through deployment and monitoring.

- Ensure integration of AI models with production systems and business workflows.

- Guide best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.

AI & Data Science Expertise :

- Provide hands-on technical leadership in AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analytics.

- Drive innovation with generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques.

- Lead design and implementation of scalable AI architectures using modern technologies.

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- Manage multiple AI initiatives, balancing priorities and timelines effectively.

- Advocate agile methodologies and iterative development processes.

Technology & Innovation :

- Stay current on AI and machine learning advancements, tools, and frameworks.

- Drive experimentation with new technologies and methodologies to continuously improve AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications :

- 7 to 9 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or related software engineering fields.

- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, preferably AI or Data Science focused.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, statistical analysis, and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other data science programming languages.

- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.

- Experience in deploying AI models in production environments, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
