Location : Mumbai - Kalina

Minimum Qualification : BSc / B.Tech / MSc

Required experience range : 4-7 years

Targeted industry : Logistics Preferred

Purpose :

Senior Functional Tester will be accountable for overseeing, and performing functional testing, and quality assurance of ECU360 ECU worldwide Digital platform to ensure that delivered functionality meets the requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Review and analyze system specifications

- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test plans

- Execute test cases and analyze results

- Documenting user acceptance testing

- Performing smoke/regression testing

- Compiling all reported system problems and reporting to the development team

- Troubleshoot issues in the development and production environment

- Accountable for the testing workstream to provide consistent and timely testing results

- Participate in daily stand-up calls and weekly meeting

- Follow up and Coordination with the development/product team for issues resolution

- Work with the training department to update the manuals as needed

- Take ownership and act as a single point of contact for all product quality-related inquiries

Desired Candidates Profile :

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester and product testing.

- Prior experience in logistics or freight-forwarding domain

- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)

- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude

- Result-oriented and ready to take ownership

- Experience in QA methodology, Agile frameworks, and regression testing

- Ability to write QA related documents and troubleshoot errors

- Working knowledge of test management software and SQL is added advantage

- Experience in API and non-functional testing is a plus
