We are seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET Full Stack Specialist / Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that involves full-stack development, system architecture design, team mentoring, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in modern .NET frameworks, frontend technologies (Angular or React), and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), along with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and Angular/ReactJS.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications based on business needs and best practices.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.

- Drive the adoption of clean code principles, SOLID design patterns, and modern software architecture (Layered, Clean Architecture, CQRS, etc.

- Conduct code reviews, identify technical debts, and implement best coding practices across the team.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.

- Work closely with DevOps engineers to manage infrastructure deployments using IaC tools like ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.

- Ensure effective cloud integration with services on Microsoft Azure or AWS.

- Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks and drive root cause analysis in production environments.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, supporting skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and sprint delivery.

Required Technical Skills :

- C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API

- RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture

- Entity Framework / EF Core

- Experience in multi-tier and scalable enterprise application design

- Angular (v10+) or ReactJS

- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

- Responsive UI design and component-driven architecture

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Blob Storage, etc.) OR experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

- CI/CD : Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub Actions

- IaC : ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform (preferred)

- Code quality : SonarQube, ReSharper, or equivalent

- Version Control : Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos)

- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices

- Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and Unit Testing frameworks
