Algonox Technologies - UiPath Developer - RPA

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath to support business process automation needs.

- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Ensure successful deployment of bots from development to production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Maintain and troubleshoot existing automated processes to ensure stability and performance.

- Document technical designs, workflows, and support documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development is mandatory.

- Total of 2 to 4 years of experience in software development or technology applications.

- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.

- Exposure to .NET framework and VBA is a plus.

- Working knowledge of IT functions and services.

- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is desirable but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
