Role Overview :

Responsible for building and integrating backend/platform components for the AI agent layer, focusing on guardrails, semantic caching, MCP-based tool governance, and application integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI/agent guardrails and policy enforcement layers.

- Develop semantic caching mechanisms to improve performance and reduce redundant model calls.

- Implement MCP-based tool governance, access controls, and policy enforcement.

- Build and test integration points across four applications.

- Develop scalable backend APIs and platform services.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

- Troubleshoot integration, performance, and production issues.

- Collaborate with architects and application teams to ensure secure and reliable integrations.

Required Skills :

- Implement guardrails, semantic caching, and MCP-based tool governance for the agent layer; build and test the integration points across all four applications.

- Mixed seniority because the guardrail and MCP governance work needs someone who has designed policy layers before, while the integration surface is well-defined build work.
