What you will do :

- Shape Quality at the Source : Partner with Product and Engineering to sharpen requirements early - surfacing risks, edge cases, and assumptions before they become defects.

- Be the Voice of Root Cause, Not Just Symptoms : Lead thoughtful analysis of defects and incidents to uncover true causes, patterns, and prevention opportunities - not just quick fixes.

- Connect Teams, Unblock Outcomes : Act as a trusted connector across product, engineering, support, and infrastructure - driving clarity, prioritization, and shared understanding.

- Raise the Bar on How We Build : Champion smarter SDLC and shift-left quality practices that reduce rework, improve predictability, and scale with the business.

- Turn Data into Insight : Track quality signals and trends, translating metrics into clear, actionable insights leadership can use to manage risk and invest wisely.

Essential Skills :

- Bring a strong analytical mindset and cross-functional fluency, with hands-on experience validating requirements, triaging defects, driving root cause analysis, and partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.

- Experience within SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments platforms.

- Proficiency with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, working comfortably across APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and using quality metrics, dashboards, and automation or data analysis tools.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
