AjnaLens is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Thane (Maharashtra India). The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in managing product lifecycles with a strong understanding of Unity and immersive technologies. This role bridges the technical and human worldsrequiring clear vision, user empathy, and seamless collaboration across teams.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

- Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps for XR applications built in Unity.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team by being part of Sales meetings when technical support is required, external vendors, and internal development teams, ensuring alignment and clarity across all touchpoints.

- Collaborate closely with Unity developers, 3D artists, and design teams to deliver features that are not just functionalbut meaningful.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management, with proven experience working in Unity-driven or immersive technology environments.

Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:

- 1. Strong understanding of Unity/Unreal Engine and how XR applications are built and scaled.

- 2. Ability to translate user needs into structured product roadmaps, sprint plans, and feature documents.

- 3. Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- 4. Clear communication and stakeholder alignment across tech, design, and business teams.

- 5. Product intuition backed by user-centric thinking and decision-making.
