About the Role :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep understanding of software engineering processes, SDLC, and system architectures to lead product delivery across engineering teams. This role requires a tech-oriented leader who can manage sprints, ensure smooth CI/CD workflows, resolve critical bugs, and oversee scalable feature releases. You will directly manage a team of 10-12 developers and collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and own project tracking across multiple parallel product initiatives.

- Write detailed and technical PRDs, translating business requirements into architecture-ready specifications, APIs, and workflows.

- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle - from technical feasibility analysis to release, ensuring code quality and on-time execution.

- Manage a team of 10-12 software developers, assign technical tasks, and mentor on best practices in coding, testing, and deployments.

- Work closely with QA & DevOps to monitor CI/CD pipelines, bug resolution, and production deployments.

- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between product managers, developers, QA, and operations teams.

- Identify and remove technical blockers, ensuring system performance and uptime in production environments.

- Optimize engineering workflows with tools like Jira, GitHub Projects, Confluence, or Notion.

- Continuously improve delivery processes - sprint velocity, release management, and defect leakage rates.

Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience in technical/software project management.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience shipping SaaS or enterprise-grade products.

- Proven experience managing 10-12 engineers across the full SDLC (design, development, QA, deployment, maintenance).

- Familiarity with API-first architectures, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and DevOps workflows.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, bug tracking, and release management.

- Ability to write structured technical documentation & PRDs.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexities for non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Background in software development or engineering (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or similar).

- Experience in B2B SaaS, Martech, or Messaging Platforms.

- Familiarity with scalable cloud architectures, event-driven systems, and API integrations.
