About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team.

- In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning (ML) techniques and AI frameworks to address complex business challenges.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems and drive innovation, with a focus on implementing and optimizing modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.

What Youll Do :

- Build and maintain high-performance AI microservices using Python and FastAPI.

- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for production-scale use cases.

- Integrate AI features using Google Generative AI SDK and OpenAI SDK.

- Work with vector databases to enable semantic search, embeddings retrieval, and real-time AI workflows.

- Design and manage scalable data pipelines leveraging MongoDB for storing, indexing, and querying AI-related data.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with strong focus on performance, latency, and reliability.

- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver impactful AI-driven features.

- Participate in design and code reviews to uphold a high-quality engineering culture.

What Were Looking For :

- Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.

- Hands-on experience with FastAPI/Flask for building scalable APIs.

- Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, chunking strategies, and retrieval pipelines.

- Experience integrating with Google Gen AI SDK and OpenAI SDK.

- Fundamental understanding of how Transformers, CNNs, KNN, and other ML algorithms work.

- Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, QDrant.

- Experience with MongoDB for structured/unstructured data handling.

- Knowledge of AI evaluation, hallucination control, and prompt optimization.

- Understanding of API security, authentication, and data privacy principles.
