Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Airtable Developer / Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Airtable platform development, relational database design, workflow automation, and system integrations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Airtable solutions that support business operations and process automation across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Airtable-based applications and business solutions.

- Create scalable and efficient relational data models within Airtable.

- Build and optimize Airtable automations, workflows, and business processes.

- Develop custom scripts and automation solutions using JavaScript.

- Integrate Airtable with external systems, APIs, and third-party applications.

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Design dashboards, views, reports, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, automation, and integration issues.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across Airtable environments.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Prepare technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.

- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 7 to 9 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Airtable experience in a production environment.

Strong expertise in :

i. Airtable Base Design

ii. Relational Data Modeling

iii. System Design

iv. Workflow Automation

v. Business Process Automation

- Experience developing Airtable automations and custom workflows.

- Strong JavaScript scripting experience within Airtable environments.

Hands-on experience with :

i. REST APIs

ii. Third-Party Integrations

iii. Data Synchronization

iv. Webhooks

- Ability to convert complex and ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), Workato, or similar integration platforms.

- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience creating custom dashboards and reporting solutions.
