We are seeking a skilled AIO Technical Specialist to support, implement, and maintain AI-driven operational workflows, automation systems, and intelligent platforms across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of AIO solutions while collaborating closely with infrastructure, product, security, and business teams.

This role demands strong expertise in system integration, automation frameworks, cloud environments, and AI-based tool enablement.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Implementation & Deployment :

- Configure, deploy, and maintain AIO solutions for automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

- Integrate platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud systems.

- Implement AIO toolkits, scripts, and automation flows to support IT operations and service delivery.

- Assist in pilots, testing, POCs, and scaling automation solutions across business units.

AI-Ops Monitoring & Optimization :

- Monitor AI-driven operational systems for performance, stability, and end-to-end health.

- Work with anomaly detection, predictive analytics, event-driven automation rules.

- Optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive platform reliability improvements.

- Support capacity planning, infra utilization analysis & system tuning.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Provide L2/L3 support for AIO platforms and automation pipelines.

- Analyze logs, metrics, and error traces to identify root cause of failures.

- Work with engineering teams to resolve break-fixes and apply long-term corrective actions.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, uptime targets, and support escalation processes.

Documentation & Governance :

- Maintain SOPs, installation guides, architectural diagrams, and runbooks.

- Prepare technical reports summarizing incident patterns, platform performance & improvements.

- Ensure compliance with security guidelines, data governance & access control policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Partner with platform engineers, cloud teams, AI/ML engineers & security architects.

- Provide knowledge transfer, technical sessions, and user enablement support.

- Suggest enhancements & contribute to strategic roadmap discussions for AIO evolution.

Technical Skills Required :

- Experience working with AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent).

- Strong exposure to cloud platforms - AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).

- Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, microservices environments.

- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, event pipelines, monitoring tools.

- Exposure to machine learning/AI automation concepts is a strong advantage.
