Role Overview :

As an AIOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that transform IT operations. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, operations, and product teams, leveraging AI and ML to predict, detect, and resolve system incidents proactively. Your contributions will directly enhance system reliability, reduce operational overhead, and improve the overall performance and stability of critical business applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AIOps platforms to automate incident detection, root cause analysis, and remediation for complex IT environments, improving system uptime and operational efficiency.

- Develop and deploy machine learning models for anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and intelligent alerting across diverse data sources, enabling proactive problem resolution.

- Integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions with AIOps frameworks to automate routine operational tasks and workflows, reducing manual effort and accelerating response times.

- Collaborate with cloud architects and operations teams to optimize AIOps solutions for hybrid cloud infrastructures, ensuring seamless performance and scalability across public and private clouds.

- Engineer robust data pipelines and Big Data solutions to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of operational data, providing the foundation for advanced AI/ML insights.

- Establish MLOps practices for the lifecycle management of AI/ML models within AIOps, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of models in production.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in AIOps and intelligent automation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing AIOps platforms and solutions.

- Strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management (MLOps).

- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.

- Proven ability to work with and optimize solutions for hybrid cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premise).

- Practical experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for IT operations automation.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to tackling complex technical challenges.

- Effective communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Adaptability to work effectively in a distributed team environment, collaborating across multiple locations.
