Job title : Principal AI Engineer Multi-Agent Systems & Agentic Memory
Location : Hyderabad
Role Summary :
Lead the design and development of a production-grade multi-agent AI platform using Lang Graph, with a strong focus on federated and privacy-preserving memory systems. You will own the architecture end-to-end and ship it to production.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and build multi-agent systems (MAS) using Lang Graph
- Transform existing LLM workflows into agent-based architectures
- Architect federated memory systems where : Agents learn locally, Patterns are shared globally, Client data remains isolated and secure
- Build privacy-preserving learning loops across multiple MAS instances
- Design agent graphs including : Nodes, edges, state management, Conditional routing and sub-graphs
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for production tool access
- Improve agent performance through continuous learning and feedback
- Own architecture decisions and deliver production-ready solutions
Required Skills :
- Production Multi-Agent Systems experience (real users, real scale)
- Strong knowledge of agentic memory systems : Mem0, MemGPT/Letta, Zep, LangMem, Lang Graph check pointing
- Lang Graph expertise (graphs, state, subgraphs, check pointing)
- Federated / distributed systems experience with strict privacy boundaries
- Hands-on MCP server build or integration experience
- Experience migrating monolithic AI systems to agent-based systems
- 10+ years of software engineering experience (Principal-level)
- Strong Python skills (production-grade)
- Ability to architect, build, and ship independently
