About the Role :

AiFA Labs is looking for a Manual QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring software quality and reliability.

You'll play a key role in validating product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze requirements, specifications, and designs to develop effective test plans and test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

- Log and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts within Agile teams.

- Conduct SQL-based data validation and prepare detailed test reports.

- Support junior QA members and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in manual testing (web, enterprise, or cloud applications).

- Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and defect management.

- Proficiency with test case design, documentation, and tools like Jira/TestRail/Zephyr.

- Basic SQL knowledge for backend validation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Exposure to API testing (Postman) or automation tools (Selenium) is a plus.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with SAP or enterprise app testing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, performance testing, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
