Role Overview :

As the Lead AI QA, you will spearhead the quality assurance strategy for our core AI and machine learning products. You will be responsible for defining the testing lifecycle, ensuring that our models and automated workflows meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. Working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, you will bridge the gap between traditional software testing and the unique requirements of AI model validation. Your leadership will directly influence the robustness of our deployments, ensuring that our solutions deliver accurate and consistent outcomes for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement comprehensive test strategies that encompass both traditional software components and complex AI/ML model validation to ensure system integrity.

- Lead the design and execution of automated testing frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles and improve coverage.

- Oversee end-to-end API testing to verify seamless integration between microservices and AI inference engines, ensuring high availability and data accuracy.

- Mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement in automation practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify potential failure points in AI pipelines and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

- Manage the transition from manual testing processes to high-efficiency automated workflows, optimizing resource allocation and reducing time-to-market.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML testing methodologies, with a deep understanding of how to validate model outputs, data drift, and algorithmic performance.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright.

- Strong command over API testing tools and techniques to ensure robust communication across distributed system architectures.

- Proven ability to lead QA initiatives and mentor team members, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical quality standards to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where adaptability and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success.

- A minimum of 6 to 15 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, with a significant portion dedicated to automation and AI-driven systems.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity at our Hyderabad office, engaging directly with the engineering and product teams.
