How you will make an impact :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, customer-specific solutions - spanning workflow redesigns, integrations, data transformations and tailored modules that extend beyond our core product
- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans by partnering with Customer Success to unpack operational workflows, understand customer pain points and objective, and align on solution requirements
- Own the architecture of each custom solution - making key design decisions across integrations, pipelines, and feature extensions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with product standards
- Ensure reliable, on-time delivery- track timelines, resolve blockers, and drive momentum across all stakeholders (CS, R&D, DevOps)
- Ensure quality at every stage by enforcing design reviews, validating test coverage, and confirming that all custom work is production-ready, upgrade-safe, and thoroughly documented.
- Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by building reusable assets, creating implementation playbooks, and refining internal processes
- Influence product evolution : Identify patterns in custom implementations and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap priorities
What we're looking for :
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management in a SaaS, enterprise software, or system integration context
- Proven track record of delivering complex, client-specific solutions across cross-functional teams
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Expertise in Agile project management practices and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana)
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Experience working with large enterprise customers is preferred
- Ability to manage ambiguity, define structure, and deliver under tight timelines
