The Role :
As a Staff Frontend Engineer at AiDash, you'll lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications that power our AI and satellite-driven SaaS platform.
Your work will directly impact how critical infrastructure industries adapt to climate challenges.
Youll own frontend architecture, drive code quality, and set standards for modular, reusable UI components using technologies like React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and GraphQL/REST APIs.
Beyond coding, you'll mentor team members, prototype new solutions, and champion best practices in UI/UX, performance, and scalability.

How youll make an impact :
- Designing and developing high quality web applications leveraging AiDash platform.
- Playing key role in design and architecture of web applications with focus on reusability, modularity and performance.
- Be a champion of technical excellence across multiple web applications and lead the way for the team to raise the bar of UI interactions and performance.
- Defining and implementing the code standards for the team, with setting up the guardrails and tools to enforce compliance to the set standards.
- Being up to date on the latest technology and industry trends with quick POCs and boilerplates to be done for the teams quick onboarding.
- Team up with Engineering managers to drive technical plus product roadmap with high level of ownership.
What were looking for :
- 10+ years of experience designing and building scalable reusable products/components as a frontend engineer.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, general web tools and standards.
- Tech Stack experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Typescript, Bootstrap/Material-UI, Use of RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Self-starter and excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Prior experience with other modern JS/TSX frameworks like Vue, Angular, Next is a plus.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS companies is preferable.
- Working experience with Maps (Mapbox) and Image Visualization will be an advantage.
