AI Workload Engineer

Description :

Position name : AI Workload Engineer

Responsibilities :

- Analyze AI model architectures and translate them into executable workloads on new HW+SW stack

- Design and implement optimized software components for AI frameworks

- Ensure performance, accuracy, scaling and reliability of AI workloads

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (hardware, compiler, kernels, runtime)

Qualifications (Required) :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field

- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in software engineering or AI model development

- Excellent programming skills in Python and C++ with complex algorithmic problem-solving

- Understanding of AI model architectures, especially LLMs

- Experience in code optimization techniques (performance, memory, paralellization)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, other) for training/inference.

- Experience with GPU programming or parallel computing (CUDA, OpenCL).

- Knowledge of performance optimization, accuracy, and scaling for AI workloads.

- Familiarity with distributed systems and model deployments ecosystem

- Understanding of microprocessors/chips architectures
