Description :

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design & Development :

- Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models, NLP pipelines, generative AI workflows, and predictive applications.

- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and prompt-engineered pipelines.

- Create re-usable frameworks for AI ingestion, model training, inference, and scaling.

Business & Process Transformation :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI integration.

- Analyze legacy workflows and redesign them using AI-led frameworks to improve cost, accuracy, and performance.

- Drive end-to-end implementation from problem mapping to delivery and maintenance.

Model Integration & Deployment :

- Implement and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing tools, RPA, BI systems).

- Build APIs, microservices, and connectors for cloud or on-prem model deployment.

- Develop scalable architecture solutions for production-level AI pipelines.

Data Engineering & Model Optimization :

- Work with structured/unstructured datasets to build ETL data pipelines.

- Perform fine-tuning, prompt tuning, model quantization, and performance optimization.

- Manage model lifecycle versioning, drift detection, retraining.

Documentation & Support :

- Create solution briefs, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and deployment documentation
