Role Overview :

As an AI Testing Specialist based in Hyderabad, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex machine learning models and reliable production-ready software. Your day-to-day involves designing robust testing frameworks that validate the accuracy, bias, and performance of AI-driven applications, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our global enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to identify edge cases and mitigate risks inherent in algorithmic decision-making. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and execute comprehensive AI/ML testing strategies to validate model performance, data integrity, and algorithmic fairness across diverse datasets.

- Lead the design and maintenance of automated regression testing suites to ensure that model updates and code changes do not compromise existing system stability.

- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate automated testing pipelines into the CI/CD workflow, accelerating deployment cycles without sacrificing quality.

- Analyze complex model outputs and performance metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are consistently met.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML testing methodologies, including model validation, bias detection, and performance benchmarking for production-scale systems.

- Proven ability to build and manage sophisticated regression testing frameworks that ensure long-term system reliability in fast-paced environments.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, coupled with hands-on experience in testing tools and frameworks relevant to AI/ML pipelines.
