AI Testing Manager

Description :

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of software testing experience, specifically in developing test cases and performing thorough functional and regression testing.

- Proven experience with testing AI applications, including Generative AI and LLM tools.

- Familiarity with AI testing frameworks and tools designed to evaluate model outputs and accuracy.

- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail in documenting test results and anomalies.

- Effective communication skills, able to convey complex testing scenarios and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with prompt engineering techniques and prompt-based testing for Generative AI tools.

- Hands-on experience using Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms for AI model testing and validation.

- Background or certifications in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, or AI technologies (e.g., ISTQB Certification).

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.

- Enthusiasm for staying ahead of emerging AI technologies, testing methods, and best practices through continuous learning.
