Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient AI Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead the successful delivery of complex AI/ML-driven solutions within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background as a Machine Learning Engineer and a proven track record of transitioning into a leadership role, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects. This position demands a unique blend of deep technical knowledge in AI/ML concepts and practical, hands-on program/project management experience in an Agile framework. A strong understanding and real-time experience with AI/ML and MLOps are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership and Execution : Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Technical Acumen : Serve as a bridge between technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers) and business stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.

Agile Project Management : Implement and manage projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies.

MLOps and Production Deployment : Oversee the operationalization of machine learning models. Ensure a robust MLOps pipeline for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous training (CI/CD/CT) of models.

Stakeholder Communication : Clearly communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders, including senior management. Proactively identify and resolve technical and logistical roadblocks.

Team Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in project management and AI development.

Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 10+ years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to managing and delivering AI/ML projects.

- Proven experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or a similar technical role early in your career.

- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.

Technical Skills :

- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data science principles.

- In-depth, real-time experience with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python.

Project Management Skills :

- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly their AI/ML and data services.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
