Core Responsibilities :

- Technical Delivery Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for multiple AI/ML and NLP projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality and performance standards.

- Technical Design & Architecture : Provide technical leadership in designing scalable and robust AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).

- Team Management & Mentoring : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-8 AI/ML/NLP Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technology teams to translate complex business requirements into clear, executable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.

- Operational Excellence : Oversee MLOps practices, deployment pipelines, and post-deployment monitoring to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of AI models in production.

- Innovation & Strategy : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, including LLMs and Generative AI, and strategically incorporate new technologies to drive business value.

Required Technical Expertise :

- Analytics/AI Delivery Management : 12+ years of total experience, with a significant focus on the delivery and management of data science, analytics, and AI projects.

- NLP/Machine Learning : 5+ years of hands-on and leadership experience in developing and deploying solutions utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques.

- Cloud Platforms : 4+ years of practical experience with cloud services, specializing in AWS and/or Azure, covering services relevant to data processing, storage, and ML model deployment.

- Python : 4+ years of hands-on coding and architectural experience with Python for building robust, production-ready AI/ML applications and frameworks.

- Team Management : Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a technical team of 5-8 AI/ML/NLP Engineers.

Desirable Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Generative AI / LLMs : 2+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and/or Computer Vision projects. This includes experience with frameworks, fine-tuning, and application development (e.g., RAG systems).

- Experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
