Your Opportunity :

Join our network as an AI Systems Architect and lead the design of large-scale, intelligent systems from the ground up.

In this role, you'll work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to define architectures that support scalable, ethical, and high-performing AI solutions.

You'll be instrumental in bridging technical vision with implementation across dynamic product environments. Engage on an hourly or project basis, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Role Overview :

As an AI Systems Architect, you will :

- Design Scalable AI Architectures: Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI/ML systems across distributed platforms and cloud environments.

- Model Deployment Pipelines: Define best practices for model training, versioning, deployment, and lifecycle management using MLOps principles.

- Data & Compute Infrastructure: Architect robust data pipelines and design compute-efficient strategies to support AI workloads at scale.

- Integrate AI Toolchains: Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks, model inference engines, vector databases, and monitoring systems.

- Ensure Security & Compliance: Establish architecture that meets AI governance, ethical use, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with engineering, product, and research teams to align architectural decisions with business goals.

Technical Requirements & Skills :

- Experience: 2+ years in software or systems architecture, specifically in AI/ML-focused systems.

- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure for distributed AI infrastructure and orchestration.

- MLOps Tools: Familiarity with Kubeflow, MLflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI for managing model workflows.

- Frameworks & Tooling: Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector DBs like Pinecone or Weaviate.

- Scalability & Performance: Ability to design for performance, fault tolerance, horizontal scaling, and latency reduction.

- DevOps & Containerization: Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for AI system deployment.

- Security & Compliance: Awareness of AI governance frameworks and implementation of secure, compliant architectures.
