AI Specialist - LLM/RAG

Location : Gurgaon (Onsite).

Experience : 5+ Years.

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in building intelligent systems and automation tools for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for automation, workflow optimization, and smart data extraction.

- Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain agents, and Graph RAG architectures.

- Develop embedding-based search using vector databases (e.g., Chroma, Weaviate).

- Prototype and implement AI solutions using open-source LLMs or APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Gemini, Copilot).

- Work on chatbots, intelligent document processing, and agent-assist tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PoCs, scalable AI systems, and internal automation tools.

- Integrate AI workflows with lightweight UI frameworks and Git for deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in applied AI/ML projects.

- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with R, Java.

- Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP techniques.

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and design patterns.

- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Proficient in version control (Git) for collaborative development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, LangChain).

- Knowledge of UI integration with HTML/CSS/JS for AI tools.

- Prior exposure to intelligent automation, agentic AI systems, or document processing workflows.
