Role Overview :

As an AI Solutions Product Manager at the Company, you will lead the complete lifecycle of AI Agent development and deployment for some of the worlds largest consumer enterprises. You will collaborate directly with VP and C-level leadership to define their AI strategies, craft and refine prompt logic for impactful use cases, and work closely with engineering teams to create innovative product functionalities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, designing sophisticated AI-driven solutions, and scaling them to serve millions of users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the implementation of the Companys Voice AI Agents for major global consumer enterprises, making AI agents an essential component of customer interaction.

- Architect and refine enterprise-grade AI agents by analyzing business workflows, developing and validating prompt logic, and partnering with engineering to build robust, scalable solutions capable of managing thousands of daily interactions.

- Engage thoroughly with clientsfrom gathering requirements and showcasing solutions to resolving technical issues and customizing agents to fit their unique business workflows.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to VPs and C-suite executives by influencing their AI strategy, aligning deployments with overarching business objectives, and driving measurable improvements in revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage a portfolio of enterprise AI deployments from start to finish, fostering adoption, growth, and sustained success through active collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.

- Facilitate rapid feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams, delivering actionable insights from real-world use to guide the product roadmap, eliminate friction points, and boost scalable adoption.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, product management, strategy consulting, or solutions engineering, preferably within AI-focused or related industries.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling products that drive adoption and contribute to recurring revenue growth.

- Strong technical understanding with the ability to design AI agents and write effective prompt logic.

- Proficient in analytics tools such as SQL, GA4, Firebase, and Clevertap to monitor and optimize monetization performance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

- Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you actively shape solutions while delivering results.

- (Preferred) Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical expertise.
