AI Solutions Architect

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy scalable, production-grade AI solutions for enterprise use cases. The role requires a strong balance of applied AI engineering, cloud architecture, and system integration, with hands-on involvement across the solution lifecycle - from requirements discovery and architecture design to prototyping, deployment, and optimization.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to translate complex problems into robust AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and data-driven automation.

- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable AI system designs and technical specifications.

- Architect and implement RAG-based solutions, intelligent agents, and AI orchestration pipelines for real-world enterprise scenarios.

- Lead hands-on development of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and pilot deployments to validate technical feasibility.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, APIs, databases, and event-driven platforms.

- Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams to ensure secure, scalable, and observable AI deployments using modern CI/CD practices.

- Optimize AI system performance through prompt tuning, model selection, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring metrics.

- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on AI architecture, scalability, security, and long-term evolution.

- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including technical discovery, solution scoping, demos, and customer workshops.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript, with solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Llama, including prompt engineering and function calling.

- Practical knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, or similar orchestration libraries.

- Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation strategies.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with experience in services related to compute, storage, APIs, and AI/ML workloads.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, and system integrations via webhooks and data pipelines.

- Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and search/vector stores such as OpenSearch, Faiss, or Pinecone.

- Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, logging, monitoring, and observability tools.

Qualifications :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Experience working in customer-facing or cross-functional environments is strongly preferred.
