We are seeking seasoned and hands-on AI Solution Architects to design and build the next generation of intelligent applications. You will be the critical link between groundbreaking AI experimentation and enterprise-ready, scalable solutions. Your expertise will not only shape our technical architecture but also accelerate the adoption of AI and MLOps practices across the business, turning innovative concepts into tangible value.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architect & Design : Craft scalable, modular, and secure solution architectures for Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and traditional ML models within our ecosystem.

2. Bridge AI & Engineering : Translate complex data science models and AI capabilities into production-grade systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance.

3. Drive MLOps Excellence : Lead the adoption and refinement of our MLOps platform, establishing robust patterns for CI/CD, containerization, model monitoring, and automation to streamline the end-to-end AI lifecycle.

4. Lead & Mentor : Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, guiding them on best practices, design patterns, and the effective use of our AI and MLOps toolchain. Act as a mentor to data scientists and engineers.

5. Collaborate & Enable : Work closely with Product Management to refine the product vision and with cross-functional teams (including front-end developers using React/TypeScript) to deliver integrated, full-stack solutions.

6. Ensure Operational Integrity : Design and implement APIs, data flows, and observability pipelines (logs, metrics) to ensure system health, security, and efficient usage tracking.

Core Skills & Qualifications :

1. 5+ years of experience in a solution architecture, technical lead, or hands-on architect role with a focus on AI/ML systems.

2. Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including :

- AI/ML Services : Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Services

- Development & DevOps : Azure Functions, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Azure Key Vault

- Data & Storage : Cosmos DB, Data Factory, AI Search

3. Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, backend APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask), and task automation.

4. Proven experience with LLM integration and agentic AI (e.g., using OpenAI SDK, designing multi-step flows, tool integration).

5. Solid foundation in MLOps principles and tools such as MLflow, Databricks, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

6. Demonstrable experience in API design, management, and building loosely coupled, service-oriented architectures.

7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals and mentor team members.

Nice-to-Have (Differentiators) :

1. Experience or knowledge of emerging AI regulations (e.g., European AI Act).

2. Certified Scrum Master with experience facilitating agile ceremonies and driving sprint execution.

3. Full-stack awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end teams (React, TypeScript, JavaScript).
