Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, user story creation, sprint planning, and technical design.

- Design and develop high-performance APIs, backend services, and scalable web applications using modern frameworks.

- Build and maintain AI/ML-powered applications with focus on agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, and enterprise automation.

- Develop secure, scalable, and high-performing AI solutions for global SaaS products.

- Work with cloud platforms for application development, deployment, and AI/ML service integration.

- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, mentoring, and collaborative development processes.

- Support the development of AI agents and autonomous systems using modern frameworks.

Required Technical Skills :

- 8+ years of professional experience in Python development.

- Strong hands-on experience with ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.

- Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Strong experience with FastAPI and Django.

- Good understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio, async/await).

- Experience with API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, JWT, OAuth, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, event-driven architecture, and microservices.

Agentic AI Experience :

- Strong experience with LLMs and enterprise AI application development.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangSmith, or similar frameworks.

- Experience in prompt engineering, tool calling, function calling, API orchestration, memory systems, RAG, and MCP servers.
