Position : AI QA Enablement Specialist (AI Champion)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an AI Champion to accelerate the adoption of advanced codeless automation and agentic AI workflows within our Quality Assurance organization.

This specialized remote contract role requires a strong foundation in QA/Quality Engineering (QE), combined with hands-on expertise in AI enablement, leveraging platforms like Azure OpenAI Service.

The successful candidate will drive innovation by introducing AI-driven patterns to significantly enhance testing speed, coverage, and overall quality.

Key Responsibilities :

AI-Driven QA Pattern Introduction :

- Introduce and standardize AI-driven patterns across the QA lifecycle for complex tasks such as intelligent test case design, synthetic test data generation, and rapid regression authoring.

- Prototype and deploy autonomous AI agents specifically designed for repetitive QA tasks (e.g., automated test case drafting, initial log triage, and defect summary generation), leveraging frameworks like Azure OpenAI Service.

Codeless Automation and Scaling :

- Standardize and scale the utilization of codeless/no-code test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, mabl, Katalon, or similar industry platforms) across diverse project teams.

- Drive the technical integration and configuration of these platforms to maximize test coverage and minimize maintenance effort.

Governance and Enablement :

- Define and enforce governance frameworks for new AI workflows, including best practices for prompt templates, standardized logging, key evaluation metrics, and strict Responsible AI safety guidelines.

- Coach, mentor, and uplift QA engineers across the organization via structured playbooks, hands-on workshops, and dedicated pairing sessions to build internal AI proficiency.

- Track essential KPIs related to AI adoption (e.g., test coverage gain, test authoring speed, defect detection efficiency) and utilize data to inform continuous iteration of the strategy.

Technical Expertise and Evangelism :

- Act as the technical expert and evangelist for new AI technologies, effectively bridging complex QA and AI/ML concepts for engineering teams.

Required Qualifications :

- QA/QE Foundation : Mandatory 36 years of experience in QA/QE with a strong grasp of core testing fundamentals and methodologies.

- Codeless Automation : Mandatory hands-on experience with codeless/no-code test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, mabl, Katalon, TestProject, etc.).

- AI Exposure : Practical experience with Large Language Model (LLM) usage, including effective prompting techniques, output evaluation, and demonstrable exposure to Azure OpenAI Service.

- Enablement Skills : Proven ability to create high-quality enablement materials (playbooks, documentation) and successfully coach and mentor technical teams on new technologies.

- Persona Traits : Must be a curious, adaptable QA professional who can comfortably evangelize new technology and is adept at technical communication.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.

- Practical experience implementing LLM evaluation frameworks (RAG metrics, adversarial testing).

- Familiarity with Responsible AI practices (PII handling, output safety filters).

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
