- Lead AI strategy & governance for Wholesale Operations, driving enterprise wide alignment on AI priorities, frameworks, and implementation standards.

- Own the full AI lifecycle-from ideation and requirement shaping to deployment, controls, validation, and ongoing performance oversight.

- Engage AI Centers of Excellence to onboard use cases onto internal platforms (incl. agentic/GenAI systems like Chinou) and ensure adoption across business units.

- Run AI governance forums across business units to surface opportunities, manage risk, and track portfolio health.

- Build and prioritize the AI book of work, structuring business pain points into high value, feasible use cases.

- Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Controls, CDO, and Model Risk to secure approvals for new AI/ML and emerging tech integrations.

- Manage AI program portfolios using tools such as JIRA, registries, and OVS to ensure transparency, status tracking, and delivery assurance.

- Drive AI awareness & change management through newsletters, management updates, stakeholder education, and structured training programs.

- Evaluate vendors, tools, and platforms, develop business cases, and influence decision making on solution selection and investment.

- Lead and mentor cross functional teams, translating complex business needs into AI/analytics requirements, dashboards, and scalable ML/GenAI solutions.

- Understanding of advanced data science methodologies including statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms using Python and related libraries
