Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.

Work Experience

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably within AI/ML or technology-driven environments.

- Proven track record of managing AI or technology products from conception to launch.

- Experience working in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.

- Certifications in AI/ML technologies or data science are a plus.

Skills

Product Management :

- Strong understanding of product management principles, including product lifecycle, road mapping, and prioritization.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable user stories.

Technical Expertise :

- Solid knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS AI, Azure AI, Google AI).

Agile Methodologies : Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira) to manage product development processes.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess product performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Communication :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong presentation skills for effectively sharing product vision, updates, and performance metrics.

User-Centric Mindset :

- Focus on creating products that deliver exceptional user experiences and meet user needs.

- Ability to incorporate user feedback and insights into enhancements.

AI Product Lifecycle Management :

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI products from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure AI models are effectively integrated into products.

- Manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories, and define acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership, to gather requirements and feedback.

- Facilitate regular communication between stakeholders and the product development team to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

Agile Product Development :

- Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements by managing priorities and removing obstacles for the development team.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
