AI Product Manager

Description :

Role & responsibilities :

- Identify high-value AI use cases, shaping the roadmap end-to-end from data collection to model deployment

- Translate ambiguous business goals into crisp, actionable technical requirements for AI/ML engineers

- Establish success metrics that balance business KPIs (revenue, retention, efficiency) with model performance (precision, recall, latency)

- Proactively manage AI risks - hallucinations, bias, drift, and privacy constraints

- Collaborate seamlessly with engineers, DS, design, analytics, and business teams to bring AI features to life

- Constantly track the evolving AI landscape and ensure our products stay ahead

Preferred candidate profile :

- Deep curiosity about AI and a sharp instinct for what's technically feasible (LLMs, NLP, Vision, embeddings - you get the drift)

- Customer obsession : keeping real-world user problems at the center of every model or feature

- Comfort operating in probabilistic environments - where the system may not always be 100% right

- Passion for building scalable, ethical, and responsible AI systems
