Role : AI Product Manager

Were looking for a 25 year experienced Product Manager to lead development for either CarePilot or Nurse Companion.

Youll work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and healthcare, shaping products that frontline nurses love and global healthcare systems need.

What Youll Do :

- Own product roadmap for CarePilot or Nurse Companion.

- Translate nurse/healthcare facility needs into impactful AI-first features.

- Work with engineering & design to ship AI/GenAI solutions (voice-to-structured workflows, adaptive learning, contextual assistants).

- Gather continuous user feedback and iterate fast.

- Ensure products meet data privacy & compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

Must-Have :

- 25 yrs PM experience in AI/GenAI or SaaS (health tech preferred).

- Bachelors from IIT/BITS; MBA from IIM/ISB preferred.

- Proven record of shipping SaaS products end-to-end.

- Strong familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, or speech-to-text.

- Analytical, structured thinker with excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points :

- Health tech or learning platform experience.

- Exposure to German/EU healthcare markets.

- Startup/0?1 product experience.
