ROLE OVERVIEW :
Position Name : AI Product Manager/ Product Owner / Sr. Product Manager
Experience : Min. 8+ Yrs
CTC : As per company standards.
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle ideation, research, design, documentation, development, QA, and release.
- Conceptualize and drive AI-led product features (e.g., interview intelligence, candidate evaluation, recruiter automation, chatbots, analytics).
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify AI-driven opportunities in recruitment tech.
- Translate business needs into detailed PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (developers, AI engineers, QA, and design), ensuring clear priorities and fast execution.
- Establish and maintain a strong product documentation culture, version control, feature specs, and release notes.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making, define and track KPIs, user analytics, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align the product roadmap with business goals.
- Stay ahead of AI trends (LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics) and explore integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement, balancing innovation speed with structured execution and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 23 years building or managing AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, NLP, LLMs, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Proven success managing multi-product environments or large SaaS platforms.
- Excellent grasp of STLC/SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
- Hands-on with Jira, Notion, Figma, Postman, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional documentation, process orientation, and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced, proactive leader who thrives in startup environments.
- Strong ability to manage and motivate a 1012 member tech team (devs, AI, QA).
- Outstanding communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Data Science.
- Prior experience in recruitment tech / HR tech / SaaS products.
- Exposure to AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex, AWS AI, LangChain) or similar ecosystems.
Understanding of data privacy, AI ethics, and security standards.
