- Build a structured, tech-first onboarding and early-life experience that feels personal, intuitive, and high-trust.

- Define the emotional journey of a new user and translate it into product flows, triggers, and interactions.

- Create a companion-like experience - calm, personalised, warm, and human in tone.

- Design micro-interactions, nudges, and rituals that feel intentional and senior-friendly.

- Build experiences that give members a sense of private identity, belonging, and my world inside Marzi.

- Use behavioural insights to help users feel seen, accepted, and valued quickly.

- Craft daily reasons to return that create pride, joy, and organic social flaunting.

- Build tech-driven celebration moments, personalised highlights, and high-quality value drops.

- Architect journeys that run entirely through automationzero manual intervention.

- Use AI to scale personalisation, recommendations, nudges, and emotional resonance.

- Ensure every touchpointcopy, design, rhythm, recommendations, nudgesfeels intentional and premium.

- Partner closely with Design to maintain extremely high UI/UX standards.

- Own early-life engagement metrics : Day-1, Day-7, Day-30 activation, stickiness, pride signals, and referrals.

- Diagnose drop-offs, identify friction points, and iterate rapidly with clarity and discipline.

- Run structured experiments across personalisation, nudges, rituals, and content to drive emotional engagement.

Requirements :

- 2 - 4 years of experience in product, consumer apps, behavioural design, or lifecycle management.

- AI-first thinking for product solutioning and experience design.

- Deep user empathy with the ability to think emotionally and structurally at the same time.

- Strong first-principles problem-solver who can translate feelings into flows, triggers, and systems.

- High ownership, high clarity, and an obsession with craft and detail.

Tech Skills :

- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven personalisation systems.

- Ability to architect AI-powered user journeys using automation, triggers, and behavioural signals.

- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap for funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.

- Experience running structured A/B tests and interpreting behavioural data.

- Comfort with recommendation systems, embeddings, and basic NLP concepts.

- Proficiency in defining event taxonomies, instrumentation plans, and early-life metrics.

- Ability to translate user emotions into product flows, rituals, micro-interactions, and system logic.

- Hands-on with lifecycle automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, OneSignal, Iterable).

- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, and AI-powered features.

- Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript
