Requirements :
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product, consumer apps, behavioural design, or lifecycle management.
- AI-first thinking for product solutioning and experience design.
- Deep user empathy with the ability to think emotionally and structurally at the same time.
- Strong first-principles problem-solver who can translate feelings into flows, triggers, and systems.
- High ownership, high clarity, and an obsession with craft and detail.
Tech Skills :
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-driven personalisation systems.
- Ability to architect AI-powered user journeys using automation, triggers, and behavioural signals.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap for funnels, cohorts, and experimentation.
- Experience running structured A/B tests and interpreting behavioural data.
- Comfort with recommendation systems, embeddings, and basic NLP concepts.
- Proficiency in defining event taxonomies, instrumentation plans, and early-life metrics.
- Ability to translate user emotions into product flows, rituals, micro-interactions, and system logic.
- Hands-on with lifecycle automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, OneSignal, Iterable).
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, and AI-powered features.
- Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript
