Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and scale AI-powered enterprise products.

- Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI into product experiences and architectures.

- Drive product excellence, customer adoption, and delivery governance across all phases.

- Collaborate with business, data, and technology leaders to accelerate innovation and scalability.

- Champion a data-driven culture and translate strategic goals into actionable AI roadmaps.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in Product Management or Engineering Leadership.

- Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML and Cloud-based solutions.

- Strong understanding of Data Platforms, MLOps, and modern product strategy.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Deep passion for innovation and delivering tangible business impact through technology.
