Job Title : Head of AI Product (Agentic Systems)



Primary Location : Gurugram (Sector 54) / Chennai (T. Nagar)




Employment Type : Full-Time, In-Office (Minimum 4 Days a Week)



Experience Required : 8 to 12 Years


Compensation : Up to 1 Crore (Fixed + Performance Bonus + Founders' Pool Equity)


Domain : Fintech, Agentic AI, Enterprise SaaS



1. The Vision : Shaping the "Human-AI" Paradigm :



In the next five years, the most successful companies won't just "use" AI; they will be operated by Agentic AI. We are a YC-backed agentic AI platform for financial services, currently live with large enterprises across the US, Europe, and APAC. As we grow at double digits per month, we are looking for a Head of AI Product who can turn our cutting-edge technical capabilities into the "Operating System" for modern finance.



While our Architects build the technical "brain," you will build the "purpose". This role is about defining how human professionals interact with autonomous agents that plan, reason, and execute complex workflows. You are not just managing a backlog; you are architecting a new way of working.



2. Detailed Core Responsibilities :



A. Agentic Workflow Engineering & Strategy :



- Task Decomposition & Orchestration : You will take legacy financial processes (e.g., credit underwriting, complex fraud investigations, or debt collection) and break them down into "Agentic Workflows" where AI agents can use tools and APIs to execute tasks.



- Autonomous Planning : Work with the engineering team to define how agents "plan" their steps, ensuring they can handle non-linear tasks that require multi-step reasoning.



- Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Design : In a high-stakes Fintech environment, "blind" autonomy is dangerous. You will design the critical "Trust Layer" where agents pause to seek human approval for high-risk financial actions.



- Reasoning Frameworks : Define the product requirements for inference-time reasoning, ensuring our agents "think" before they act to minimize errors and hallucinations.



B. Enterprise Market Fit & Strategic Roadmap :



- Global Enterprise Alignment : Lead the product vision across diverse markets (US, Europe, APAC), ensuring our platform meets the localized regulatory and operational needs of global banks.



- Product-Led Growth (PLG) : Design the product to allow for "low-friction" entry points, enabling enterprise users to see the "Magic of Agents" quickly before scaling to full-scale automation.



- Feedback Integration : Spend significant time with CXOs and end-users at enterprise banks to gather feedback, directly translating their "pain" into our technical "roadmap".



- Competitive Intelligence : Maintain a deep understanding of the LLM and Agentic AI landscape to ensure our "Graph RAG" and reasoning capabilities stay ahead of the curve.



C. Success Metrics & Performance Optimization :



- Agent Efficacy Metrics : Traditional SaaS metrics like "Uptime" aren't enough. You will define new metrics : Agent Success Rate, Hallucination Frequency, and Task Completion Speed.



- Unit Economics : Manage the balance between "Model Performance" and "Token Cost," ensuring our enterprise agents remain profitable as we scale to millions of conversations.



- Voice & Multimodal Strategy : Oversee the product requirements for low-latency Voice AI, ensuring our PSTN and WebRTC integrations provide a "human-like" experience.



3. The "Player-Coach" Leadership Style :



- We value "Doers over Talkers". As a Head of Product, you will not have a layer of "babysitters" between you and the work.



- Hands-on Execution : You will write your own PRDs, run your own SQL queries to analyze user behavior, and even jump into customer support rotations to stay grounded in reality.

4. Required Pedigree & Technical Depth :



- LLM Understanding : You must be able to explain the difference between RAG, Fine-tuning, and Agentic Reasoning to a non-technical stakeholder.



- Tech Stack Awareness : You should have a working knowledge of TypeScript, Python, and React enough to understand feasibility and trade-offs.



- AI Tooling : You should be an "AI-First" professional who uses GenAI tools daily to optimize your own productivity.



- Experience & Background



- Startup Success : 8-12 years of experience with a strong track record of building products from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 in early/growth-stage startups.



- Fintech Knowledge : Deep understanding of financial workflows, risk management, or B2B payments is a massive advantage.



- Strategic Ambition : We want someone with "high intrinsic motivation"the kind of person who builds side projects just for the fun of solving problems.
