Job Summary :

We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer to build and ship SaaS products using modern, AI-assisted development workflows. The role involves building end-to-end product features and integrating AI capabilities such as LLM-powered automation, conversational interfaces, and intelligent document processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build production-grade SaaS features end-to-end (UI, API, database, deployment)

- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into live applications

- Develop AI-powered features like workflow automation, chat interfaces, and document intelligence

- Set up evaluation and monitoring for AI features (quality, latency, cost)

- Deliver MVP features in 23 week sprint cycles

- Collaborate with stakeholders in English to define scope and iterate quickly

- Follow best engineering practices : version control, testing, CI/CD, observability

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong full stack experience with React/Next.js + Node.js and/or Python

- Experience with database design and API development

- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real-world applications

- Daily use of AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)

- Proven ability to ship working features in short cycles (23 weeks)

- Good written and verbal communication in English

- Comfortable working in a remote-first setup

Good to Have (Preferred) :

- Experience in B2B SaaS or workflow automation products

- Experience with agentic workflows (task orchestration, tool use, state management)

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
