Mandatory skills :

- Strong experience in application testing (manual and automation).

- Exposure to testing AI/ML-based features/applications OR willingness and aptitude to gain expertise in AI/ML testing.

- Good command of Python (for test scripts and validation of AI/ML outputs).

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework).

- Familiarity with telecom products/services is a strong plus.

- Good understanding of SDLC and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform manual and automated testing of applications to ensure quality and reliability.

- Contribute to the testing of AI/ML-based features, including validating model outputs and system behavior.

- Develop and execute Python-based test scripts for automation and AI/ML output validation.

- Design, maintain, and run automated tests using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design.

- Track and manage defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and ensure timely closure.

- Leverage domain knowledge in telecom products/services to enhance testing accuracy.

- Follow best practices in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to improve testing effectiveness.

- Provide clear reports, documentation, and feedback to stakeholders.

- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment through effective communication and teamwork.

Preferred :

- Experience in Telecom domain projects and testing.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
