Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy :

- Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.

Technical Expertise :

- Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems for automation and decision-making.

- Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, machine learning models, and APIs.

- Ensure robust integration of AI components into existing IT infrastructure.

Solution Development :

- Structure end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent frameworks

- Experience designing multi-agent systems and AI workflows

- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
