Role : AI/ML Solution Architect

Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable AI/ML architectures. You will guide the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring they are optimized for performance, cost-effectiveness, and security. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to leverage AI to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, considering factors like data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring, to meet specific client needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to select appropriate algorithms, frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn), and tools for building and deploying AI models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure maintainability of AI solutions.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure Infrastructure) and open-source technologies (OSS) to support AI/ML workloads, optimizing for cost, performance, and security.

- Lead the integration of AI/ML models with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality, to deliver tangible business value to clients.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI/ML team.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI technologies, and evaluate their potential application to solve client challenges.

- Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI/ML solutions, demonstrating their potential impact to stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and robust AI/ML solutions using Python, C++, and relevant frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.

- Proven expertise in architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, particularly Azure Infrastructure, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and best practices.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and data engineering principles, enabling effective problem-solving and solution design.

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI technologies, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
