AI/ML Solution Architect

Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with clients, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand their business challenges and translate them into scalable and impactful AI/ML solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of these solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver tangible value. Your work will directly impact our clients' ability to leverage data-driven insights, automate processes, and gain a competitive edge in their respective industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for clients, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural blueprints, design documents, and implementation plans for AI/ML solutions.

- Lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML technologies, tools, and platforms based on project requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.

- Present AI/ML solutions to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and robust AI/ML solutions using Python and related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptability to work in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with teams across different locations.

- 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and development.

Primary Skills :

- Python

- ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)

- LLMs & GenAI Platforms

Good to Have :

- 7+ years in software architecture (4+ years in AI/ML)

- Experience with LLMs & GenAI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, OSS models)

- Hands-on with RAG, LangChain, Vector DBs

- Cloud expertise (Azure)

- Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD)

- Strong experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn

- Exposure to data platforms, SDLC integration, and regulated industries preferred
