Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and manage a team of engineers.

- Act as a primary customer-facing AI expert, assisting in client consultations.

- Communicate complex AI concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner, showcasing the value of AI in IT Services.

- Own the solutioning process, Align AI projects with client requirements.

- Drive the development of AI and ML solutions that address business problems.

- Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to develop and integrate AI solutions.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI and ML solutions and ensure continuous improvement and optimization.

- Define and implement the AI and ML strategy and roadmap based on business objectives and vision.

- Communicate the vision, value and progress of the AI and ML initiatives, effectively.

- Establish and maintain best practices and standards for architecture, AI and ML models, innovation, and new technology evaluation.

- Identify and explore new and emerging technologies and trends in the field of AI and ML and assess their potential value.

- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the COE, across teams and provide mentorship/guidance to the team members.

- Build a team of AI experts and developing AI talent.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years of experience in leading AI and ML projects and teams.

- Proven track record of delivering successful AI and ML solutions that address complex business problems.

- Expertise in architecture, AI and ML models, innovation and new technology evaluation.

- Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc.

- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically, and to translate business requirements into AI and ML solutions.

- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of AI and ML.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and socially responsible AI practices.
